I have been a full time licensed REALTOR® since March 2006. In that time I have taken many upgrading courses including a Certified Condominium Specialist and Service Excellence programs. I am a past president with the Central Alberta Realtors Association overseeing the board in 2013. 

Prior to becoming a REALTOR® in 2006 I spent time working in a Brain Injury facility and fifteen years at a coal mine in Grande Cache AB. Personally I am married to a wonderful lady Kelly and together we raised 6 kids and now have 11 grandkids. During their time as kids I coached, organize and volunteered at their hockey and baseball activities.

My philosophy on selling is to be aggressive in our marketing. I believe I market my properties in more areas than the average realtor. I see myself as someone who is good at two things: 

1. Marketing – more exposure along with lots of high quality pictures to depict your home

2. Pricing – I have a knack for knowing how to price your home to receive top dollar and get enough interested buyers to take notice. 

My philosophy for buyers on real estate is that you should only buy a home that you can see yourself in for at least 10 years. Real Estate is a great investment over time. If we make a wise decision now you will be happy for many years. 

Whatever help you need you can expect a direct no BS approach but we will have some fun along the way. Buying and selling a home is stressful but its my job to minimize that and make this time of your life enjoyable.
